Holden evening prayer
A Worldwide Celebration (40th Anniversary)
Join us on Tuesday, April 28, 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm in the Our Saviour's Campus sanctuary, for a special Holden Evening Prayer service as we join communities around the world in song and prayer.
Though we are separated by distance, we are united in spirit, lifting the same prayers for peace and justice together.
We are one of only two sites in the Chicago area hosting this service and look forward to welcoming both our congregation and neighbors from across the western suburbs.
The service will be held in the sanctuary with candlelight and a more intimate setting, featuring piano, flute, and guided singing. It will also be livestreamed and shared with Holden Village.
Come be part of this meaningful, global expression of worship.
just move
Working toward racial justice can feel overwhelming. Questions arise: Should I speak? What if I say the wrong thing? What if I mess up? What if the first step isn’t having all the answers, but simply choosing to move?
Join us for “Just Move” toward reconciliation with David Scherer. Through music, storytelling, and honest conversation, Dave creates space to be real, listen deeply, and grow together, without pretending we’ve got it all figured out.
Sunday, May 3 | Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Naperville
Worship (Guest Preacher: David Scherer): 9:00, 10:00 & 11:00 am
Workshop & Lunch (All Ages): 12:00–1:30 pm (Our Saviour’s Campus, 815 S. Washington St.)
Youth Workshop & Dinner (Grades 8–12): 6:00–8:00 pm

Come ready to listen. Come ready to learn. Come ready to move.
